Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of AFC Cards.

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

AFC Cards shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages from use of the Service. This includes loss of data or business interruption.

Service Closure - Full Protection

If the company ceases operations or discontinues the Service for ANY reason: no compensation or refunds will be owed; lifetime access ends with service; users waive ALL claims related to termination; AFC Cards has ZERO liability for losses from closure.

No Warranty

Service provided AS IS without any warranty.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
